No. We are a medical travel facilitator based in London. All treatments are carried out by independent clinics in Turkey. We do not give medical advice. The clinic’s doctors do that.
Yes. Your first consultation is a free video call or WhatsApp chat, with no obligation.
We work by video call and WhatsApp, so you can talk to us from home at a time that suits you.
Payment
No. You pay for your treatment at the clinic on the day. Flights, hotel and transfers are paid separately.
It depends on what you need. Send us a few photos and we will arrange an assessment with the clinic’s doctor, who will tell you what you need and what it costs.
Travel
It depends on your treatment. We confirm the dates after your assessment, including when it is safe to fly home.
Yes. We arrange a personal translator so you understand everything at the clinic.
We strongly recommend it. Many standard policies do not cover planned treatment abroad, so check your cover or look for a specialist policy.
Safety and aftercare
We only work with clinics we know well and have worked with for years. Ask us and we will tell you about the clinic and the doctor before you decide.
The clinic explains your aftercare before you fly. Once you are home, we stay in touch with you and the clinic and help with any follow-up you need.
Contact us straight away and we will get you in touch with the clinic. If you feel unwell, speak to your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
